Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in flexible printing solutions, is seeking a **Press Assistant I ( 3rd Shift)** to join their dedicated team. As a **Press Assistant I (3rd Shift)** , you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the press operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, aligning successfully with the organization’s commitment to quality and safety.

Pay Range: $18.00
**Shift:** Third Shift
What's the Job?
+ Assist the Press Operator to meet production, quality, and safety goals.
+ Inspect materials and products for defects, ensuring conformance to specifications.
+ Support product changeovers and prepare components for the next production run.
+ Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the machine and the surrounding area.
+ Support corporate programs such as 5S, ISO, SMED, Preventive Maintenance, Sustainability, and GMP.
What's Needed?
+ Ability to read, understand, and follow schedules, instructions, and job tickets.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
+ Organizational and prioritization skills.
+ Physical ability to handle materials and perform activities such as lifting, walking, and balancing.
