Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and supply chain management, is seeking a dedicated and strategic Senior Supply Chain professional to join their team. As a Senior Supply Chain, you will be an integral part of the Operations Department supporting global initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** Senior Supply Chain
**Location:** Maplewood, MN
**Pay Range:** $45-55/hr
**Duration:** 12 month contract
What's the Job?
+ Lead complex transitional supply chain projects from inception through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
+ Define project scope, targets, deliverables, schedules, dependencies, resources, and milestones in collaboration with senior leadership.
+ Manage project risks, actions, issues, and decisions (RAID logs) to mitigate potential derailments and escalate significant risks proactively.
+ Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of project stages and preparing stage gate decision meetings.
+ Maintain accurate project documentation and oversee governance systems to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
What's Needed?
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or an equivalent field;
+ PMP or related certifications (eg: DMAIC Lean Six Sigma BB, agile scrum master … ) are strongly preferred.
+ Proven expertise in strategic project leadership within large-scale corporate environments or similar transformation roles.
+ Strong ownership mentality with the ability to conceptualize strategic priorities while managing detailed implementation tasks.
+ Excellent financial acumen with experience in financial operations alignment and project value realization.
+ Advanced interpersonal communication skills tailored to leadership, transformation teams, and functional areas.
+ Change management skills with the ability to lead teams through organizational transitions and adapt to evolving circumstances.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, PBI, SAP
