Our client, a reputable nonprofit organization dedicated to community development, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their team. As a Chief Financial Officer, you will be part of the senior leadership supporting the organization’s strategic financial planning and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Chief Financial Officer
**Location:** Johnstown, PA
**Pay Range:** $80,000 - $95,000
What's the Job?
+ Develop, interpret, and oversee the organization’s financial policies and procedures
+ Manage accounting, human resources, insurance, payroll, and internal controls
+ Ensure safeguarding of organizational assets through effective record-keeping and internal controls
+ Provide leadership on long-term financial strategies and cost-effective support solutions
+ Collaborate with senior leadership to support organizational growth and sustainability
What's Needed?
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
+ Experience with nonprofits and grant programs
+ Minimum of 5 years of financial management experience
+ CPA certification preferred
+ Strong leadership and communication skills
