    **Job Title:** Temporary Billing Clerk

    **Location:** Grapeland, Texas

    **Pay Rate:** $15/hour

    **Shift:** Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

    **Position Type:** Temporary

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented **Temporary Billing Clerk** to support our shipping operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and basic computer proficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Process bills of lading for outbound shipments

    + Take pictures of loads for documentation

    + Coordinate shipments and communicate with drivers

    + Advise and guide truck drivers on procedures

    + Answer phone calls and emails regarding outbound shipments

    + Scan bills of lading and maintain accurate records

    + Utilize basic computer skills for data entry and communication

    Requirements:

    + Ability to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

    + Basic computer skills (email, scanning, data entry)

    + Strong communication and organizational skills

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
