    Our client, a leader in the industry, is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Talent Marketing to join their team. As a Senior Manager, Global Talent Marketing, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition Department supporting the Global Talent Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Senior Manager, Global Talent Marketing

    **Location:** Remote

    **Pay Range:** $53.63 hourly

    **Shift:** Day - Mon to Fri - 8 Hours

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Lead the development of innovative employer marketing programs to attract top talent.

    + Assess existing and potential markets to identify new opportunities for employer branding initiatives.

    + Develop and execute comprehensive employer brand strategies aligned with organizational goals.

    + Define promotional activities and oversee campaign launches across multiple channels.

    + Coordinate with Talent Acquisition support teams to ensure marketing efforts meet hiring needs and ramps.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 5-7 years of experience in marketing, branding, or related fields.

    + Strong understanding of employer branding and talent marketing strategies.

    + Excellent project management and leadership skills.

    + Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights.

    + Proficiency in developing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
