    Basic Job Functions:

    Nucor-Yamato Steel is seeking applicants for Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for oversight of all mechanical maintenance of an NYS production area, to include predictive and preventive maintenance solutions, project coordination, equipment reliability and team development. Area of responsibility will be determined based on overall strengths of the successful candidate and the maintenance leadership team. The successful candidate will be expected to lead, motivate, develop and assist a team while demonstrating commitment to team and individual growth, continual improvement, cost effectiveness and innovation.     Minimum Requirements:

    4 years of Leadership experience

    4 years of Industrial Mechanical Maintenance and Engineering Principles

    4 years of steel manufacturing experience
