As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a strong visible presence. You will interact with visitors and staff, deliver outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly at all times.     What You'll Do:

    + Provide customer service to clients by performing security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.

    + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

    + Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and address any security-related concerns.

    + Monitor entrances, exits, and other areas within the financial institution to help to deter suspicious behavior and provide a visible security-related presence.

    + Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal policies and site requirements.

    + Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as needed to address security-related matters.

    + Remain alert and attentive throughout the shift, adapting to changing environments and conditions as required by the site.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Access control or badge experience is preferred.

    + Customer service experience is preferred.

    + CPR or first aid experience is preferred.

    + CPR certification is preferred.

    + Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

    + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

    + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

    + Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

    + Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

    + A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
