What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

+ Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment within the residential community.

+ Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting the location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns.

+ Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed during emergency response activities.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site management.

+ Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, guests, and management to address inquiries and report security-related issues.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
