As a **Security Professional Security Professional Site Lead - Financial Institution Unarmed Patrol** in **Tampa, FL** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents and provide outstanding customer service. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to situations as needed, and communicate clearly with clients and visitors. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license in the job state. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding appropriately to emergencies when necessary.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help support a secure environment for financial institution operations.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure atmosphere.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and support compliance with site policies.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports related to daily activities, incidents, and/or any security-related occurrences.

+ Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support a secure and welcoming environment for all employees, customers, and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
