    ROLE OVERVIEW

    LoveShackFancy is seeking a Senior Visual Merchandising Manager to develop and ensure that all aspects of merchandising are consistent and representative of the brand throughout the Northeast Region and corporate environments. This role will work very closely with the LoveShackFancy Senior Director of Visual Merchandising while partnering with other internal cross functional partners– we are seeking a candidate who is flexible, has a strong creative eye and who can execute the brand vision!

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Manage all visual guidelines for store locations within the respective region, including the execution of window displays, along with weekly and seasonal updates for elements such as rails and tables. Ensure the maintenance of visual elements in the stores and communicate with store managers to maintain brand standards consistently.

    + Create and distribute written directives to ensure each new visual rollout is well-planned and that all relevant information is clearly communicated to store teams.

    + Train store teams on brand merchandising guidelines through formal seasonal guides and in-person training sessions.

    + Manage the Visual Merchandising budget by reporting, tracking, and monitoring all expenditures throughout the fiscal year.

    + Support SIS, NSOs, and store renovations to ensure that all visual needs are met.

    + Assist in the development and maintenance of POS materials for all Northeast locations, including sourcing materials, finishes, and fabrication methods to execute and produce fixtures as needed.

    + Manage the company's inventory of furniture and props.

    + Partner with the Creative Services Manager on all installation appointments with vendors. This includes managing the specifications of unique dimensions for each window and interior, creating layouts for each location as needed, and overseeing production and installation schedules.

    + Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that repairs and maintenance align with brand standards.

    + Work with the internal corporate team—including design, marketing, operations, and store managers—to collectively achieve visual goals.

    + Compile biweekly recaps of visual merchandising activities and conduct competitive analysis for corporate review.

    + Request, analyze, and summarize photos from new launches at all locations, providing feedback to store teams.

    + Partner with the wholesale and design teams to set up the showroom for market appointments and seasonal line openings, including trade show booths.

    Requirements

    QUALIFICATIONS/SPECIAL SKILLS:

    + Travel to Northeast store locations is required.

    + Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Canva, Photoshop and any other design related programs.

    + Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and understands design principles and has visualization abilities.

    + Superior organizational skills to handle details of many projects simultaneously with ability prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong ability to communicate ideas, flexibility of vision, responsiveness to creative input and great visual sensibilities.

    + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    + Ability to work well in a team environment, contribute ideas, and interacts with other departments to obtain current information in an ever-evolving environment on market conditions, etc.

    + Must be reachable after hours and on weekends offering support when needed.

    Salary Description

    $105,000 - $130,000
