As a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator, you will be working at Harder’s warehouse facility in southwest Phoenix, AZ. This facility supports our projects throughout the AZ valley with materials, fabrication, equipment shipping and receiving for installation projects, supporting all of Harder’s plumbing and process piping services. The hours at this facility are 5:30am – 2:00pm Monday-Friday. The location for this position is 315 S 57th Dr. Phoenix AZ 85043

What you’ll be doing:
You will be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations, including training, and supporting the warehouse team. You will organize warehouse operation systems and manage equipment inventory in addition to making sure the work is completed safely, on schedule, and up to Harder Mechanical’s quality standards.
Warehouse Logistics Coordinators at Harder perform the following daily tasks:
+ Schedule material deliveries and work with drivers to ensure the correct truck/trailer are dispatched for the job.
+ Manage document controls, including scanning and filing BOL’s, driver POD’s and inspection logs
+ Update warehouse inventory
+ Coordinate vehicle maintenance
+ Work with the warehouse team to minimize overtime and maximize efficiency
+ Operate forklifts to assist drivers and receive incoming orders
+ Meet with the warehouse team to discuss productivity, and develop lean organization
+ Help keep warehouse clean & organized
+ Stage product/materials
+ Additional tasks as required
What you will need to be successful in this role:
+ Able to take direction with little oversight
+ Organized and productive
+ Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks on an ongoing basis
+ Follow OSHA safety regulations
+ Learn & implement Lean Principles
+ Strong math skills are helpful
+ Experience driving forklifts to assist in loading & unloading trucks
+ Physical requirements: must be able to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds), must be able to stand for long periods of time, crouch, kneel, and lift
Education/Experience:
+ Must be 21
+ + High school diploma or equivalent work experience
+ 3+ years of experience in a warehouse role managing a team
