We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Clean Room Assemblers to join our production team. This role involves assembling components in a controlled clean room environment while following strict safety, cleanliness, and quality procedures. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team. Multiple shifts are available.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform assembly of products and components according to written instructions, diagrams, and quality standards.
+ Work within a certified clean room environment, adhering to all gowning, sanitation, and contamination-control protocols.
+ Inspect parts and finished products for accuracy, quality, and defects; report any issues promptly.
+ Utilize small tools, fixtures, and equipment required for assembly tasks.
+ Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
+ Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
+ Collaborate with team members to meet department production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
+ Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred; clean room experience a plus.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
+ Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for small-part assembly.
+ Ability to follow detailed instructions and documentation.
+ Reliable attendance and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements:
+ Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, depending on workstation.
+ Perform repetitive motions and handle small components.
+ Capability to wear full clean room attire (gown, gloves, mask, etc.) throughout shift.

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
