Clinical Data Analyst I

**Location:** Clark, NJ (Onsite, 5 days/week)

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

Pay Rate:** **$** **25.73/hour

**Contract:** 6-month initial contract with potential renewal up to 2 years

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a Clinical Data Analyst I for a leading global skincare research organization in Clark, NJ. This role supports scientific valorization efforts by assisting research teams in evaluating, summarizing, and communicating scientific and technical information that drives innovative skincare product development.

This is a fully onsite role within an R&I (Research & Innovation) environment.

Key Responsibilities

Scientific Valorization & Technical Support

+ Create synopses and summaries of new and existing technologies for R&I teams.

+ Maintain awareness of emerging scientific literature, publications, and marketing opportunities.

+ Act as a creative catalyst for identifying potential new technology discoveries or ingredient functionalities.

+ Support testing approaches for active ingredient and product performance evaluations.

+ Collaborate with Safety and Analytical teams to coordinate product testing and data analysis.

+ Work closely with the Clinical Evaluation team to coordinate clinical, instrumental, and consumer testing.

+ Assist in preparing technical dossiers for new products or modifications to existing products.

Qualifications

Required:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in **Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering** , or a related scientific field.

+ Strong communication skills—able to translate complex scientific topics for expert and non-expert audiences (oral, written, presentations).

+ High School Diploma/GED (minimum requirement on client record).

Preferred:

+ Experience in skincare, cosmetics, or consumer product testing environments.

**Pay Details:** $25.73 per hour
