Adecco is seeking a Manufacturing Shift Coordinator to join our client’s team in Wheeling, IL. If you’re a hands-on leader with a passion for production excellence, this role is for you.
Your Role
+ Oversee production flow and team performance
+ Enforce safety and quality standards
+ Train and mentor staff
+ Manage inventory and documentation
+ Identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
+ High School Diploma/GED
+ 1–2 years of relevant experience
+ Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
+ Strong leadership and organizational skills
+ Fluent in English
+ Experience in multicultural teams
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
+ Flexible for cross-shift training
+ Strong retention and learning capabilities

Shift & Training Schedule
+ 3rd Shift: Sunday-Friday, 10:00PM-6:20AM
+ _Training: 2nd Shift – Monday-Saturday, 2:00PM-10:20PM_

**Pay Details:** $21.50 to $25.00 per hour
