Driver (Non-CDL) Opportunity

About the Role
As a Driver, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring students travel securely and efficiently, while also contributing to the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities and grounds. This role goes beyond driving — you will support a smooth, well-maintained environment that fosters student success and safety.
Key Responsibilities
+ Transport students safely and punctually to various locations, maintaining a dependable schedule.
+ Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.
+ Perform maintenance and inspections of Center facilities to prevent disruptions to services.
+ Track and document work details, promptly reporting any issues to supervisors.
+ Assist other departments when needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
+ Plan and organize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and quality standards.
+ Uphold respectful and accountable interactions with students, fostering a positive environment.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally both orally and in writing with team members and management.
+ Identify and resolve problems proactively, ensuring corrective actions are followed through.
+ Model and mentor career success standards to support student and staff growth.

Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
+ High School Diploma or equivalent is required; advanced degrees are a plus.
+ Prior experience working with youth is preferred, bringing empathy and understanding to the job.
+ Valid in-State Driver’s License and ability to meet Company insurability requirements.
+ Physical capability to perform tasks such as sitting, standing, climbing, lifting (up to 40 pounds), pulling, pushing, and other movement essential to the role.
