    **Position:** Formulation Associate

    **Location:** Clark NJ

    **Pay** : Up to 25.7/hr

    **Immediate Need:** Entry-level support in formulation development

    About This Opportunity:

    Adecco Healthcare is hiring for a notable pharmaceutical company in the cosmetic and formulation space. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative skincare and haircare products, including creams, lotions, serums, and toners, from lab trials to market-ready formulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assist in the development of skincare and haircare formulations.

    + Batch and test different formulation trials in the lab, evaluating texture, stability, aesthetics, and performance on hair tresses.

    + Set up and monitor stability studies to ensure the highest quality products.

    + Check formula specifications (color, odor, appearance, viscosity, pH, microscopic evaluation) to ensure stability and quality.

    + Collaborate with analytical, microbiology, and processing teams to support formulation development.

    + Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced lab environment.

    + Maintain detailed lab notebooks and track experiments accurately.

    + Communicate openly with chemists and managers regarding stability or formulation issues.

    + Interface with support groups for testing requests via IT systems.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related science field.

    + 0–3 years of experience; strong interest in the cosmetic industry.

    + Excellent communication and computer skills.

    + Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    + Team-player attitude, intellectually curious, and detail-oriented.

    + Familiarity with rheology is a plus.

    **Pay Details:** $22.00 to $25.70 per hour
