Adecco is assisting one of their top clients to fill a Team Lead role in Ward Hill, MA. The shift is M-F 6am-2:30pm.
This Team Lead role is paying $35/hr. and is temp to hire.
The primary responsibilities include day-to-day oversight of departmental goals for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity and Employee Development. Additional duties include maintaining and repairing specialized equipment to established parameters and specifications. This position collaborates with the entire manufacturing team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience operating a Scanning Electron Microscope, troubleshooting and electronic equipment repair OR a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required skills
• Minimum of a 2-year associate degree in a technical field like Electronic Engineering Technology, Microelectronics or Mechatronics preferred
• Military Technical Training in lieu of a technical degree may also be considered

**Pay Details:** $35.00 per hour
