Quality Assurance Manager

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a manufacturing client to find a full-time Quality Manager for their facility located in the Murfreesboro, TN area.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Leading the quality department and providing leadership to inspectors, technicians, and engineers
+ Developing and managing departmental budget and P&L accountability.
+ Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics and process improvements
+ Driving scrap reduction, root cause analysis, and corrective action initiatives
+ Maintaining strong customer relationships and following up on quality concerns
+ Overseeing internal audits and ensuring compliance with industry standards
+ Providing support to the company’s other regional sites when needed
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or similar.
+ 5+ years of quality management experience within a manufacturing environment.
+ Strong knowledge and understanding of root cause analysis, GD&T, and similar functions.
+ Must be authorized to work in the U.S., as this client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

**Pay Details:** $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
