Job Title: Coord Foreclosure
Payrate: $** **21.93
1st Shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Mon – Fri
Job Description
• Role focuses on administrative tasks to support the foreclosure process.
• Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day processing of foreclosures.
• Reviews and gathers information relating to foreclosure documentation.
• Reviews of real property conveyance and encumbrance documents.
• Searches and reviews bankruptcy matters per written procedure.
• Establishes and maintains positive client/vendor relationships.
• Communicates with owners, vendors and clients regarding foreclosure matters, answering questions and providing information.
• Coordinate and process all mailings.
• Inputs and updates data in spreadsheets and other programs to track all foreclosures.
• County E-recordings
• Prepare and send Reinstatement Quotes
• Accounting items such as invoicing and check deposits
• Performs other duties or projects as assigned.
• Prefer foreclosure processing, document preparation, and recording experience

Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
Customer service skills
**Communication skills:** verbal & written
• Proficient MS Office skills including Excel and Outlook
• Working with confidential and proprietary information.
• Able to exercise discretion, confidentiality and sound judgment.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage challenging customer interactions, and remain flexible to changing schedules and demands.
• Able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks within time constraints, paying particular attention to detail.

**Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
