    Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to ensure the upkeep of both the interior and exterior of office buildings, including the Corporate Woods and Meridian Center locations. This role involves performing general maintenance, inspecting and replacing electrical functions, and managing inventory materials.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform landscaping and upkeep of the exterior of buildings.

    + Conduct cleaning and general maintenance of interior office spaces.

    + Inspect and replace electrical lighting functions, including switches, outlets, and lightbulbs.

    + Replace missing or damaged ceiling tiles and grids.

    + Maintain drain pumps and drinking fountains, and investigate leaks.

    + Order, pick up, and deliver inventory materials, and document them for inventory tracking.

    Essential Skills

    + Strong mechanical aptitude.

    + Ability to read maintenance and operational instructions.

    + Light HVAC experience.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in HVAC, facilities maintenance, janitorial services, cleaning, plumbing, and landscaping.

    Work Environment

     

    Work a stable first shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, with rotating on-call duties once a month. On-call responsibilities include emergency responses and providing building access when necessary, with time and a half compensation.     Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
