Job Title: Commercial Carpenter

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team for projects located around Cleveland, Lorain/Elyria, down to Akron/Canton, and out to Ashtabula. The projects typically involve commercial buildings such as apartments and stores, requiring expertise in rough framing and finish carpentry.

Responsibilities

+ Perform rough framing using metal stud and occasionally wood framing techniques.

+ Measure and cut materials with precision.

+ Execute finish carpentry tasks with attention to detail.

Essential Skills

+ 3+ years of experience in commercial carpentry.

+ Proficient in metal stud framing.

+ Highly reliable and committed to delivering quality workmanship.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in rough carpentry and framing with both metal and wood studs.

+ Proficiency in finish work is advantageous.

+ Experience with grid/tile ceilings is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Fairport Harbor, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.60 - $71.00/hr.
