Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

The Production Associate operates equipment to produce various salads through mixing, operating, and packaging. Team members ensure products are packaged to the highest quality and safety standards. When not operating equipment, machinery must be disassembled and sanitized.

Responsibilities

+ Operate equipment to produce different salads.

+ Mix ingredients accurately to meet quality standards.

+ Package products ensuring adherence to safety and quality guidelines.

+ Disassemble and sanitize machinery when not in use.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in general labor and production environments.

+ Proficiency in assembly, machine operation, and packaging.

+ Ability to work efficiently in a cleanroom environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Previous experience with the company is beneficial, subject to a rehire check.

Work Environment

The role involves working in a wet environment with temperatures around 45 degrees to prevent food spoilage. Shifts vary, with the 1st shift starting at 6:30 am, 2nd shift at 2 pm, and 3rd shift at 9:30 pm for sanitation and 10 pm for packaging. All shifts continue until the job is done.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albert Lea, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.40/hr.
