    Job Title: Cleanroom Technician

    Job Description

    Join a dynamic team at a leading ISO9001/AS9100 certified fabrication company specializing in the design, fabrication, and installation of multilayer insulation blankets for aerospace, cryogenic applications, and military defense. We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleanroom Technicians to support our increasing workload.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate industrial sewing machines to sew heavy canvas materials.

    + Read measurements and cut materials to the required size.

    + Interpret and understand shop prints and ISO documentation.

    + Document all processes meticulously as required.

    + Gown up in cleanroom attire including a bonnet, smock, booties, veil, beard guard, and gloves.

    Essential Skills

    + 3+ months of sewing experience or 6 months of manufacturing experience in commercial, industrial, or personal settings.

    + Ability to pass a reading, English, and math test.

    + 6 months of experience in inspection, assembly, or high-level documentation.

    + Ability to read a ruler and blueprints (6 months to 1 year of experience).

    + Must be able to lift 25 lbs.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Cleanroom experience and gowning is a significant plus.

    + GED/High School diploma is preferred but not required.

    + Willingness to learn and be trained.

    + Good English communication skills.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmington, MN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
