Forklift Operator
Job Description
The Forklift Operator is responsible for receiving, picking, handling, staging, and storing products within the facility. This position requires operating stand-up Crown lifts and working efficiently to ensure smooth inventory management.
Responsibilities
+ Receive, pick, handle, stage, and store products within the facility.
+ Operate stand-up Crown lifts to move materials efficiently.
+ Conduct cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
+ Pick items based on RF Scanner inputs.
+ Handle materials and pack items as required.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in operating forklifts, particularly stand-up Crown lifts.
+ Experience with inventory management and material handling.
+ Ability to use RF scanners effectively.
+ Capability to stand for the duration of the shift.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in conducting cycle counts.
+ Familiarity with picking and packing processes.

Work Environment
The work environment is a cold warehouse setting where employees are required to operate forklifts and walk around the facility. Safety gear and appropriate attire are essential to ensure comfort and efficiency during shifts.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Cloud, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
