Aerotek is hiring Electrical Maintenance Technician 3rd shift 10:30PM to 7:00AM will Train on 1st

Responsibilities

+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on stamping presses, conveyors, robotics, and manufacturing machinery.

+ Conduct routine preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on all systems and equipment.

+ Perform electrical inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks as assigned.

+ Operate in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety standards.

+ Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair stamping presses and related equipment to ensure safe and continuous production.

+ Troubleshoot and edit robotics, including Fanuc, ABB, KUKA, or similar systems.

+ Diagnose and resolve issues with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, actuators, and communication networks.

+ Assist with die changes, press adjustments, and tooling alignment.

+ Support press operators during setup, ensuring proper alignment and calibration.

Essential Skills

+ 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance with lead experience.

+ Proficiency in electrical maintenance, Siemens PLC, and PLC troubleshooting.

+ Experience with blueprint reading, industrial maintenance, hydraulic systems, and press maintenance.

+ Familiarity with Fanuc robotics and control.

+ Strong mechanical skills and the ability to work with conduit and wiring.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 4+ years in industrial maintenance or electrical maintenance.

+ Vocational training or journeyman-level certification or a combination of hands-on experience.

+ Preferred but not required: PLC knowledge and troubleshooting experience.

+ Experience in heavy machinery maintenance, automotive, steel, or heavy industrial maintenance.

+ Capable of working closely with teams including operators, technicians, and engineers.

Work Environment

The position requires working in a new and highly clean manufacturing facility within the stamping department. The role involves a shift schedule of Monday to Friday, 10:30 pm to 7:00 am, with possible overtime. Initial training will occur until January 5, 2026, on a day shift from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. Safety gear such as steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, and high-visibility vests are mandatory. The dress code permits jeans or work pants without holes, rips, shorts, or leggings, and shirts can be T-shirts or polos without vulgar language, images, or contraband.

This is a Contract position based out of Stanton, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $44.00/hr.
