Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate - $35/hr.+

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance on distillers, ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the workshop, and following safety guidelines. You will track all performed equipment maintenance in logs, perform preventive maintenance on all equipment, program all production equipment using PLCs, troubleshoot any programming issues that arise, and conduct repair and maintenance of equipment and building.

Responsibilities

+ Conduct maintenance on distillers, including oil changes, air line blowouts, and belt cleaning and tightening.

+ Maintain a safe and clean workshop by following safety guidelines.

+ Track all performed equipment maintenance in logs.

+ Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment.

+ Program all production equipment using PLCs.

+ Troubleshoot all production equipment when programming issues arise.

+ Repair and maintain equipment and building infrastructure.

Essential Skills

+ Mechanical and electrical experience.

+ Experience with troubleshooting PLCs in a production environment.

+ Ability to repair conveyor systems and production equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Any education and/or certificates in manufacturing or maintenance-related fields is a bonus.

Work Environment

Work in a large production environment alongside other maintenance technicians and production workers to address all repairs and maintenance issues. The position operates on a 7pm to 7am rotating schedule, with training on the day shift for the first two weeks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of RIVERSIDE, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.93 - $35.93/hr.
