    What You’ll Do

     

    + Maintain HR systems, files, reporting, and support payroll/timekeeping questions

    + Be a visible resource for employees—answer questions and support engagement activities

    + Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruiting and onboarding

    + Assist employees with leave paperwork and return-to-work steps

    + Keep HR processes organized and moving forward

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + 1–3 years of HR support or related experience

    + Strong communication, follow-through, and judgment

    + Ability to stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced setting

    + Comfort having tough conversations with professionalism and empathy

    + Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
