    Description

    The Accounting Clerk is responsible for providing support to the finance department by performing a variety of accounting and administrative tasks. This role ensures accurate financial record-keeping, timely processing of transactions, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

    The Accounting Clerk will be over:

    + Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting systems.

    + Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and payments.

    + Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

    + Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.

    + Prepare routine financial reports for management review.

    + Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

    + Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial data.

    Requirements

    + Knowledge of GAAP principles.

    + Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

    + Experience in a fast-paced office environment.
