Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team within the hospitality industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is committed to helping our hospitality organization partner find top talent. Due to in-person interviewing, onboarding, and on-site work requirements, preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Hawaii. Responsibilities:

+ Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles

+ Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

+ Manage job postings and recruitment advertising

+ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

+ Conduct reference checks and assist with onboarding processes

+ Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports

+ Represent the company at job fairs and community events

+ Provide an exceptional candidate and client experience

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Previous recruiting or HR experience preferred

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

+ Comfortable with high-volume recruiting

+ Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office

+ Strong attention to detail and follow-through
