Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Ashland City, Tennessee. This Contract to permanent position is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with expertise in managing cash applications and business-to-business collections. Responsibilities:

• Handle cash application tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

• Manage business-to-business collections to ensure timely payments.

• Oversee billing functions, including invoice processing and reconciliation.

• Perform regular cash collections and resolve discrepancies as needed.

• Utilize SAP systems to track and manage accounts receivable activities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline collection processes.

• Maintain detailed records and reports related to accounts receivable.

• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Communicate effectively with customers regarding payment inquiries and issues. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related role.

• Proficiency in handling commercial collections and cash applications.

• Strong knowledge of billing functions and financial reconciliation.

• Experience working with SAP systems is highly desirable.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

• Familiarity with manufacturing industry practices is a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
