Description

Join a local and growing team as a Bilingual Shipping and Receiving Clerk! We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and possesses excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality

+ Prepare outbound shipments, verifying order details and packaging requirements

+ Communicate with vendors, delivery drivers, and internal teams to coordinate logistics

+ Maintain organized records of inventory, shipments, and receipts

+ Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed

+ Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly

+ Translate essential documentation and instructions between English and Spanish

+ Ensure compliance with safety, shipping, and receiving protocols

Requirements

Requirements:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred

+ Proficient in English and Spanish (verbal and written)

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

+ Able to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs

+ Basic computer skills (inventory systems, email, spreadsheets)
