As a Union - Sales Counter Associate, you will sell merchandise to customers over the counter, providing excellent customer service and facilitating sales while utilizing knowledge of product sold.

Responsibilities:

+ Suggest selections that meet customers’ needs and emphasize selling points of article such as quality and utility.

+ Prepare sales slip.

+ Receive payment or obtain credit authorization.

+ Place new merchandise on display.

+ Review and maintain counter inventory levels.

+ Recommend new stock items by completing necessary forms.

+ Maintain security of cash drawer and shipping ticket audit copies.

Qualifications:

+ High School Degree or Equivalent required

+ 1 Year Warehouse, Counter Sales, Customer Service Representative

+ Able to evaluate products in terms of customer needs and know how to apply products.

+ Strong Customer Service skills.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Basic computer skills, including word, excel, Internet
