Description
• Provides benefits and leave administration including system management, employee support, claims management, enrollment ownership, compliance reporting, etc. • Full understanding of leave of absence functions including federal, state and employee provided leave benefits ensuring employees leave cases are administered and documented correctly • Creates and maintains a strong communication cadence for all leave cases ensuring management, employees and payroll teams are all updated and engaged with leave and return to work dates • Partners with all benefit vendors ensuring enrollment accuracy between the HRIS system and the benefit portals; performs regular audits to ensure data integrity • Creates and provides company wide benefit education sessions including open enrollment, new hires and for general refresher sessions as requested • Strong general understanding of self-funded medical coverages to provide real time employee support on any coverage/claims concerns and provider issues that may arise • Strong ability to build workflows and processes within the HRIS system to drive automation and efficiency • Strong employee centric attitude to provide timely support on complex leave and/or benefits questions/issues • Administers integration actions of acquired companies to ensure smooth integration of leave and benefits processes for employees • Performs other duties as assigned

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
