Join a leading manufacturer known for its innovation, quality, and sustainable practices, specializing in single-serve frozen entrees and products for other companies. This contract role offers the potential to transition to a permanent position. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accuracy and timeliness in accounts receivable transactions.
Responsibilities
+ Post customer deposits and payments from the company’s bank feed into SAP.
+ Match and apply payments to appropriate customer accounts and cost centers.
+ Maintain accuracy and timeliness in AR transactions.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
+ Assist with documentation and process improvements as needed.
Essential Skills
+ 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, including cash application and collections.
+ Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
+ Basic understanding of General Ledger (GL), cost centers, and customer account structures.
+ Moderate skill level in Excel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ SAP knowledge is very helpful.
+ Experience in accounting, cash applications, and collections.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
+ Ability to work from home with personal monitors.
Work Environment
Located in Minneapolis, this hybrid role requires working in the office four days a week with work-from-home on Fridays. You will be part of the Shared Services team, initially reporting to a manager who is on medical leave until late December. Flexibility in the work schedule can be discussed if needed, such as two days working from home.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
