Description

Will be first point of contact for patients - on the phone and in person. Answer multi line phones and transfer calls to appropriate parties. Average of 40 incoming calls a day and also making outbound calls to schedule follow up appointments. Schedule appointments using EPIC. Will also use Outlook and Word daily. Assist with routine clerical duties, such as scanning and filing.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.50/hr.
