Description
Draft and edit communications such as emails, newsletters, invitations, and creative projects, including designing PowerPoint presentations. Coordinate board, committee, and annual meeting logistics—schedule meetings, prepare agendas, packets, and minutes, manage technology, and ensure follow-up actions are completed. Organize and host a variety of meetings and events across multiple formats (in-person, online, hybrid). Support planning and execution of special events. Maintain organized filing systems for reports, documentation, and meeting records. Deliver exceptional customer service to internal team members, board members, donors, partners, and the public. Assist with initiatives and programs supported by the organization. Monitor and maintain inventory of promotional items and materials. Prepare mailings and manage communication lists. Support outreach efforts and distribution of event-related assets. Communicate effectively with diverse community stakeholders.

Experience planning and hosting events in multiple formats. Strong time management and prioritization skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, ND.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $33.65/hr.
