Tessera is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Entry Clerk lll (Lead). This position supports the Production Manager by maintaining , analyzing, and aligning EAM data across multiple platforms, including Maximo, Defense Health Agency systems, and the Technical Library. The role requires accuracy, technical proficiency , and strong data management skills to ensure system integrity and workflow efficiency.

Typical duties include but are not limited to:

+ Support the Production Manager in managing data across Skookum Maximo, NAVFAC Maximo, DMLSS, and the Technical Library.

+ Lead the EAM Shop; guide and assist Data Entry Operators in achieving data management and workflow goals.

+ Maintain and enhance EAM data, including assets, job plans, costs, and preventive maintenance records.

+ Improve system performance through optimized job plans, linked warranty information, and accurate asset tagging.

+ Develop, maintain , and validate data in Maximo and other Government systems to ensure accuracy and contract compliance.

+ Scrub data and execute queries to identify discrepancies; generate reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.

+ Manage and digitize the Technical Library, including OEM manuals, warranties, and key reference materials.

+ Lead administrative aspects of the preventive maintenance program, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.

+ Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training for Maximo and related systems.

+ Collaborate with internal and Government stakeholders to align data standards and improve efficiency.

+ Utilize handheld or electronic devices for data entry, documentation, and material ordering.

+ May be required to respond to call-backs or after-hours requests based on operational needs.

Qualifications:

+ Highschool Diploma/GED is required .

+ 3-5 years in Office Automation and Data.

+ Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Leader (CRL).

Physical Requirements:

Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance . The physical demands of this position may be reasonably accommodated for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions on a case-by-case basis.

+ Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 ounds .

+ May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.

+ Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also be required .

+ Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.

Requirements:

+ A valid state driver’s license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.
