    At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As the **Microsoft Knowledge Management Specialist** , you will manage, troubleshoot and configure SharePoint. You will also provide knowledge management support by implementing and maintaining Microsoft automation solutions and SharePoint Online (SPO) by using automation tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerShell scripting to streamline processes, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance efficiency.

    As the **Microsoft Knowledge Management Specialist,** you will:

    + Implement automation solutions including designing and developing automated workflows using Power Automate via scripts to streamline business processes

    + Create custom Power Apps solutions to address specific business needs, such as forms for data collection or interactive dashboards for reporting; and integrating Microsoft automation solutions and SPO with other Microsoft 365 applications and third-party systems to create seamless workflows and data exchange.

    + Manage all content on ITSO SPO Site including configuring and maintaining SPO sites, including site collection settings, permissions management, and site architecture design.

    + Provide ongoing support and assistance to users, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on best practices for knowledge management.

    + Monitor and enforce compliance for the ITSO SPO including supporting the implementation of ITSO office level governance policies and compliance measures within SPO to ensure data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

    + Monitor industry trends and Microsoft updates related to automation solutions and SharePoint Online, evaluating new features and capabilities, and recommending enhancements to knowledge management practices.

    + Provide written recommendations on Government drafts of executive summaries and briefings.

    + Provide recommendations for the development of ITSO knowledge management practices and assist with their implementation.

    + Provide recommendations and input on other content and presentations.

    What You Will Need:

    + 10 years of experience using Microsoft 365 suite, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerShell scripting.

    + 10 years of experience configuring and administering SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, content types, metadata, and permissions.

    + 10 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues, diagnosing root causes, and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.

    + 5 years of experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Microsoft Graph API, and other development tools for extending SharePoint functionality and integrating with external systems.

    + 5 years of experience of data management concepts, including content categorization, tagging, search optimization, and data governance within SharePoint Online.

    + 5 years of experience querying SharePoint Online analytics to consolidate and create reports and presentations demonstrating value of published content.

    Security Clearance Level:

    + Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

    The likely salary range for this position is $139,984 - $161,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

GDIT typically provides new employees with 15 days of paid leave per calendar year to be used for vacations, personal business, and illness and an additional 10 paid holidays per year. Paid leave and paid holidays are prorated based on the employee’s date of hire. The GDIT Paid Family Leave program provides a total of up to 160 hours of paid leave in a rolling 12 month period for eligible employees.
