    Step into the role of Senior Brand & Marketing Designer, where your creativity shapes how J.P. Morgan Asset Management connects with clients and markets worldwide. You'll create brand marketing design across campaigns, events, thought leadership content, presentation design, design systems and visual assets.

     

    As a Senior Brand & Marketing Designer on the Asset Management Creative team, you'll lead concept-to-delivery design for high-impact initiatives spanning global campaigns, events, advertising, design systems and digital experiences. You'll translate strategic objectives into cohesive, visually compelling storytelling that advances the firm's brand and enhances engagement with clients and partners.

    Job Responsibilities

    + Translate marketing and business priorities into clear, impactful visual design

    + Lead integrated creative across digital, print, and experiential platforms

    + Develop campaign concepts from ideation through production and delivery

    + Collaborate with writers, project managers, and strategists to align creative vision

    + Create presentation materials and storytelling assets for senior stakeholders

    + Uphold brand standards and ensure ADA, legal, and compliance alignment

    + Elevate production-ready assets with attention to clarity, consistency, and craft

    + Contribute to motion and digital-first design initiatives as needed

    + Partner with cross-regional creative teams to ensure alignment and cohesion

    + Manage multiple concurrent projects with precision and accountability

    + Support and mentor junior designers, contributing to overall team excellence

    Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

    + Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

    + 6+ years of experience in a brand, marketing, or in-house creative environment

    + Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite; proficiency in Figma and PowerPoint preferred

    + Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling across multiple media

    + Demonstrated experience designing within scalable brand systems

    + Deep understanding of digital-first design and campaign execution

    + Exceptional typography, layout, and compositional skills

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

    + Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills

    + Experience working in financial services or highly regulated industries preferred
