• Customer Service Representative - Scheduling

    About the Role

     

    Join a centralized call center team, supporting 17 clinics across Colorado. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, verify insurance participation, and provide a welcoming experience for patients. You’ll also manage email inquiries during downtime and make outbound calls to respond to voicemails.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Answer 80–100 inbound calls daily to schedule appointments and assist patients.

    + Verify insurance coverage and address non-urgent patient questions.

    + Partner with doctors to optimize scheduling and, over time, assist with triaging optical issues.

    + Respond to emails and voicemails promptly and professionally.

    + Maintain accurate documentation and follow established workflows.

    Required Qualifications

    + High school diploma or GED.

    + Minimum 6 months of patient-facing healthcare experience (front desk or similar in a high call-volume setting).

    + At least 1 year of total call center experience (healthcare experience can count toward this)

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Bilingual in Spanish

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Collins, CO.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
