Job Title: Clinic Administrator

Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $50000 - $80000 annually

Work Model: Onsite

System One is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Clinic Administrator to oversee daily operations and support the continued growth of a local healthcare organization. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong managerial, administrative, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in clinic operations, human resources, business development, and financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities

+ Provide leadership and direction to clinical and administrative staff

+ Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient care

+ Manage and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance oversight

+ Support financial management, budgeting, and reporting

+ Drive process improvements and support business development initiatives

+ Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

+ Coordinate multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Essential Skills & Qualifications

+ Progressive leadership and management experience

+ Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience (preferred)

+ Strong communication and teaching/coaching abilities

+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

+ Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

+ Proficient in computer systems and software applications
