Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mailroom Specialist to support the scanning and classification of medical claims into our internal systems. This role is essential to ensuring the timely and accurate processing of incoming documentation.

• Receive and scan incoming paper medical claims.

• Accurately classify claims to ensure proper routing within internal systems.

• Enter scanned claims with precision and attention to detail.

• Ensure all claims are properly documented and accessible for downstream processing.

• Handle and lift mail items up to 25 lbs, including boxes and envelopes; remove staples, paperclips, and other fasteners as needed.

• Note: This is a true mailroom environment. Gloves, staple removers, and other tools will be provided. Candidates must be comfortable with the physical aspects of the role.

• Communicate effectively using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any classification or routing issues.

All candidates must submit to a drug and background check.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Conway, AR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
