    Imagine working inside hyperscale data centers—the backbone of cloud computing and AI. As a Cable Technician, you’ll help build the infrastructure that keeps the world connected. This is hands-on work where precision matters, and every cable you install plays a role in powering global technology.

    What You’ll Do

    + Install and terminate network cables (RJ45 and jacks) with accuracy.

    + Work with fiber optics (experience preferred) and structured cabling systems.

    + Build out racks and cabinets, ensuring neat, labeled, and compliant installations.

    + Distinguish color codes and follow industry standards for terminations.

    + Perform physical tasks like climbing ladders (up to 20 feet), lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in confined spaces.

    + Maintain consistent attendance and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Experience: 2+ years in hyperscale data centers or commercial environments.

    + Skills: Ability to listen carefully and follow instructions.

    + Strong attention to detail and adherence to standards.

    + Proactive, dependable, and efficient time management.

    + Positive attitude and solid teamwork skills.

    + Flexibility: Willingness to work days, nights, or weekends as projects require.

    + Physical Ability: Comfortable with bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting as part of daily tasks.

    This is a Contract position based out of Ashburn, VA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $32.00/hr.
