The Quality Assurance Specialist will assist with developing, implementing and managing the effective use of the Quality Management System.\u202FWork on assigned tasks and projects.\u202F\u202FPartner with and provide guidance to the site personnel for Quality Management System components.\u202F

Job Responsibilities:\u202F

* Manage\u202FeQMS\u202Fadministrative responsibilities as assigned.\u202F\u202FSupport Quality Manager with\u202FCustomer Complaints, Internal Deviations, Supplier Deviations, Corrective and Preventative Actions, and Audits.\u202F

* Participate in and lead internal audits and provide written summary reports on findings.\u202F

* Participate in external audits including developing a written response and\u202Fappropriate Corrective\u202FActions\u202F

* Support the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) system by\u202Fsubmitting\u202Fand resolving issues, respond to assigned customer complaints including written response and evaluate rejected material\u202F\u202F\u202F

* Support investigations related to customer complaints and internal deviations.\u202F\u202FPartner with\u202Finvestigation\u202Fteam to drive root cause identification and\u202Fappropriate Corrective\u202FActions.\u202F

* Assist\u202Fwith compiling monthly quality performance, metrics,\u202Ftrends\u202Fand reports\u202F

* Conduct training sessions and\u202Fassist\u202Fto develop\u202Fskill\u202Fset\u202Ffor associates.\u202F\u202FIncludes cGMP training, new employee orientation\u202Ftraining\u202Fand other\u202Ftraining as\u202Fassigned.\u202F\u202FPartners with the Training and Development Pillar team to drive\u202Fthe training\u202Fprogram.\u202F

* Maintain site Signature log\u202F

* Support Pest Management Program by working with\u202Fvendor\u202Fduring onsite visits.\u202F\u202FAttend closing meetings with Maintenance function and vendor to ensure Work Orders are assigned and completed as needed.\u202F

* Support supplier qualifications and audits as assigned\u202F

* Manage assigned product trials, raw material evaluation, conduct test, gather data, evaluate and summarize results,\u202Fwrite\u202Ftechnical\u202Freports\u202Fand help develop work instruction, test methods and procedures as needed\u202F

* Other duties as assigned by QA Manager\u202F

Job Requirements:\u202F

* Ability to\u202Fprioritize and balance workload to meet expectations of internal leadership and customers\u202F

* Working knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma principles\u202Fa plus\u202F

* Experience with ISO9001:2015\u202Fand\u202FcGMPs\u202Fa plus\u202F

* Experience with internal audits, external audits, robust\u202Fspecifications\u202Fand CAPA\u202F

* Strong written,\u202Fverbal\u202Fand electronic skills to include training, data\u202Fanalysis\u202Fand written reports\u202F

* Good computer skills with experience using MS Office (Outlook,\u202FWord,\u202FExcel\u202Fand PP)\u202F

* Limited travel may be\u202Frequired\u202F
