    Our client, a leading plastics manufacturer of disposable food packaging products, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in Randleman, NC.

     

    This is a 12 hour, day shift position.

    What you’ll do… 

    + Supervise and lead by example to uphold safety and GMP standards

    + Oversee preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance of production equipment

    + Develop and implement strategies to enhance operations and reduce costs

    + Analyze KPIs and work orders to prioritize repairs and improvements

    + Coordinate with teams to build proactive maintenance schedules and maintain compliance

     

    What you’ll need... 

     

    + Two (2) years supervisory experience required with demonstrated strong leadership and management skills

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Three (3) years of experience in maintenance and reliability

    + Previous plant production software experience

    + Experienced in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and electrical drawings

    + Ability to utilize and train employees on technology, processes and procedures
