Our products help people make powerful connections, discover exciting opportunities, build necessary skills, and gain valuable insights every day. We’re also committed to providing transformational opportunities for our own employees by investing in their growth. We aspire to create a culture that’s built on trust, care, inclusion, and fun – where everyone can succeed.

Join us to transform the way the world works.

This role will be based out of San Francisco, CA, New York City, NY, or Chicago, IL.

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

We are looking for a passionate, strategic, and customer-obsessed Principal Product Marketing Manager to build the future of LinkedIn Sales Navigator. As a full-stack product marketing leader, you’ll work across the product lifecycle, playing a pivotal role shaping product strategy and business direction through customer research, sales activation, and go-to-market efforts. This is an ideal role for someone who is a strong business and people leader, is creative and insights-driven, and has a track record of driving impact.

    Responsibilities:

+ Collaborate with Sales Navigator leaders across product, marketing, field sales, and business operations to craft our vision for helping sellers and sales organizations put buyers first and grow their businesses.

+ Drive product strategy, influence the product roadmap, and determine product/market fit through qualitative and quantitative research.

+ Shape how we go to market for key audiences and communicate our value proposition in a simple, compelling, and differentiated way, both internally and externally.

+ Bring products to market through LinkedIn’s field sales team and marketing

+ Represent LinkedIn as a product subject matter expert in key sales and customer meetings to drive commercial conversations forward

    The ideal candidate should be:

+ A storyteller: the best product marketers are effective storytellers - you deeply understand users and customers, know how to communicate with them, and tailor messages to different audiences

+ Highly motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit: You’re able to drive projects from ideas through execution, build strong internal relationships, and build consensus and alignment on critical initiatives.

+ A strong business leader: You’re a systems thinker who understands how organizations operate and rely on strong business acumen to quickly break down key business issues to inform insights and recommendations; you feel comfortable showing up well with both internal executives and customers

+ Organized: You showcase the ability to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing resources based on business impact.

+ Passionate and curious about technology: We work on the cutting edge of AI, and you don’t hesitate to dive into technical concepts in order to simplify and effectively communicate them

+ An empathetic manager and partner: You care deeply about the needs of your team and cross-functional partners, relying on strong interpersonal and communications skills to guide teams towards success.

    Basic Qualifications:

+ 8+ years of relevant experience, including product marketing, product management, marketing, sales engineering, market research, user research, operational roles, or strategy consulting.

+ BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

+ 4+ years experience of B2B SaaS experience with a focus on product marketing activities. Management consulting or similar experience is a plus.

+ MBA or other relevant professional courses/certifications

    Suggested Skills:

    + Strategic thinking and problem-solving

+ Strong storytelling and communication skills

+ Cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills

+ Analytical skills with ability to interpret customer and market insights

+ Ability to simplify and communicate complex/technical concepts
