+ Experience with Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, Identity and Access Management.
+ Experience working cross-functionally, partnering with groups such as Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing, UX and UI.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Master's in Computer Science or Business.
+ 20 years of experience leading product management teams, creating successful enterprise software products and platforms, guided by customer empathy.
+ Track record of mentoring and motivating to build the next generation of leaders.
+ Strong organization, critical thinking, prioritization, and written and verbal communication skills.
+ Domain expertise in AI/ML.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $272,000-$383,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
+ Define and convert a cohesive, differentiated product strategy and long-term vision for Google Cloud Security Platform portfolio, capitalizing on opportunities in security, identity, and Agentic AI. Evolve the platform to be AI-ready.
+ Collaborate with engineering to establish and execute against a product roadmap designed to scale the business significantly, effectively managing multiple products.
+ Build relationships with key internal partners to ensure identity and security solutions meet workload needs. Drive effective collaboration with strategic external partners.
+ Partner effectively with Go-to-Market teams to define clear GTM strategies, enable the field, provide channels for customer acquisition, and accelerate business growth and adoption.
+ Lead, mentor, and scale the Cloud Security Product Management team, building upon their current successes to unlock greater potential, foster innovation, and meet the demands of this high-growth space.
