    About the Role

     

    As a STIBO Product Manager, you will make an impact by leading the design, implementation, and optimization of STIBO STEP solutions to enable robust Product Information Management (PIM) capabilities for our retail clients. You will be a valued member of our Consulting team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, technology partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic outcomes.

    In this Role, You Will

    • Own the STIBO product domain, driving vision, roadmap, and execution for PIM initiatives.

    • Lead end-to-end implementation of STIBO STEP solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

    • Act as a strategic advisor, proactively recommending improvements and best practices for PIM processes.

    • Bridge business and technology conversations, translating requirements into actionable technical solutions.

    • Drive Agile delivery, including backlog management, user story creation, and sprint planning using tools like Jira.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Atlanta, GA.     What You Must Have to Be Considered

    • Proven expertise in STIBO STEP and Product Information Management (PIM) implementations, ideally in retail environments.

    • Strong leadership and ownership mindset with ability to define and communicate product vision.

    • Excellent communication skills to engage both business and technical stakeholders.

    • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and Jira.

    • Track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects in consulting or enterprise environments.

    These Will Help You Succeed

    • Experience in user story writing and managing epics.

    • Familiarity with industry best practices for PIM and data governance.

    • Ability to bring external perspectives and innovative solutions based on prior engagements.

    • Strong interpersonal skills and presence in client meetings, with ability to influence and drive consensus.

     

    Compensation

     

    This position is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
