Job Summary:

Join our team as an Infra. Technology Specialist where you will leverage your expertise in Service Desk, Azure DevOps, Azure Kubernetes Services, Azure Firewall, Azure Kubernetes to drive innovative solutions. With a hybrid work model and day shifts, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our infrastructure capabilities. Your contributions will play a vital role in optimizing our technology stack and delivering impactful results.

In this role, you will:

• Design and implement robust infrastructure solutions using Azure PaaS to meet organizational needs.

• Develop and maintain CI CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes and ensure efficient delivery of services.

• Utilize Azure DevOps to manage and automate workflows, enhancing productivity and reducing manual efforts.

• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform to ensure consistent and scalable infrastructure deployments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure-related challenges, driving continuous improvement.

• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of services.

• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.

• Conduct regular assessments of infrastructure security and compliance, implementing necessary measures to mitigate risks.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, integrating innovative solutions into existing infrastructure.

• Document infrastructure processes and configurations, ensuring transparency and ease of maintenance.

• Participate in capacity planning and resource allocation to support business growth and scalability. - Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless operations.

• Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for infrastructure management.

Work model:

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until November 26, 2025

The annual salary for this position is between $79,000 to $92,500 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
