    Direct Support Professional

     

    Contract Duration: 13 weeks (with potential extension)

     

    Start Date: ASAP

     

    Pay Rate: $20/hour

     

    Orientation: Every 3 weeks

     

    Interview Process: In-person interviews required

     

    Openings

    Full-Time (9 positions):

    + 2 positions: 12am–8am, Mon–Fri & Every Other Weekend

    + 2 positions: 8am–4pm, Mon–Fri & Every Other Weekend

    + 5 positions: 4pm–12am, Mon–Fri & Every Other Weekend

    Part-Time (41 positions):

    + 13 positions: 8am–4pm

    + 12 positions: 4pm–12am

    + 16 positions: 12am–8am

     

    PRN positions also available for coverage when staff call out.

    Role Overview

    As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will work in one of 10 group homes supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Responsibilities include:

     

    + Assisting with daily living and personal needs

    + Encouraging independence and self-development

    + Promoting individuality and choice

    Requirements:

    + Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role (group home experience and medication administration preferred)

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

    + CPR required; CMT preferred

    + Flexibility to float between 2–3 homes (training provided)

    + Must complete DDA & MANDT training (on-site training available)

    Additional Details:

    + Homes house 2–4 individuals; all within 10–20 minutes of HQ

    + EMR: iCareManager (training provided)

    + Free on-site parking

    + Timekeeping: Paylocity
